About E.R.

Come and tell us your stories!

Fawn Chang, the founder of E.R. Counseling Center in Taipei, Taiwan, boasts an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in the counseling field.

Her and her team’s focus primarily revolve around Adlerian Psychology, which they utilize in their work with families, couples, children, and individuals.

The acronym ‘E.R.’ stands for the core approach of Adlerian Psychology known as ‘Early Recollection.’

At E. R. Counseling Center, the counselors employ the technique of delving into their clients’ childhood memories through the Early Recollection method.

By doing so, they help their clients to gain valuable insights into their lifestyles and self-concepts.

Furthermore, this process aids clients in understanding how their worldviews and life patterns are formed.

Armed with this newfound understanding, the team guides their clients towards rebuilding healthier perceptions and behavioral patterns.

Consequently, the clients are empowered with the courage to embark on transformative journeys, making positive and impactful changes in their lives.
